工行安康汉阴支行奋力冲刺短板指标任务

安康汉阴支行采取多种措施,全方多层次弥补短板业务,全力冲刺一季度各项业务,目前,短业务呈爬坡上升趋势,截至3月29日,工银安盛期交保险任务完成率86%,持续营销基金94.65万元,完成率为249%。

   一、统一思想。会议上多次提到“木桶原理”决定木桶容量大小的是最短的那块木板结合实际决定汉阴支行业务发展的是中高端客户的维护和客户的综合贡献度,行领导和风细雨不厌其烦的解说,激发了大家主观能动性,员工们一致表示中端客户是支行发展的基础,抓好这个基础,就会上一个新台阶。                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

   二、及时总结。针对中间收入增长缓慢问题,成立了营销团队各团队的队长均由该行有专长的业务精英担,同时各营销团队每周一开周会,总结经验,发扬优点,弥补不足。目前基金理财团队、保险营销团队、电子银行产品营销团队充分发挥各自优势,在短板业务发展上做出了较大的贡献,同时带动了其他团队的积极性,为支行全员营销营造了“敢打硬仗、能打胜仗”的良好氛围。

   三、强力营销。为改变目前营销队伍基本上是支行营业室部分客户经理组成的现状,该行发挥客户经理部的优势,由他们采取定向定点精准营销,充分发挥其战斗堡垒的作用,目前该营销团队已经进入攻坚克难阶段,选择具有发展优势的公务员及事业单位,以我行具有竞争力优势的e”产品为抓手,跑马圈地,强力营销。

   四、分层维护。面对同行业竞争激烈、个人储蓄利率无竞争优势的压力,该行采取分层分级、批量与个别相交叉等方式,全力做好客户维护工作,同时结合存款积分兑礼品、新业务体验送奖品等活动,快速推进各项业务健康发展。
